It would be nice if we would be able to pick the filename of the Document in de SalesForce node. When we upload a Document we can specify a Title, however, I think the filename is automatically derived from the data object. Since this filename sometimes has the wrong format (I get .aspx extensions for .pdf files for example) this could be very handy.
It is actually a combination. It sets as file name a combination of title + file extension of the binary data. We added now the possibility to optionally set the file extension on the node. Will be released with the next version later today.
