Scheduling stopped working

Two days ago our workflow scheduling stopped working. We are on version 1.12.1

In the logs I see a lot of these errors:

moment_1.default.tz is not a function

A few of our workflows still works (scheduling). I believe these are the oldest one - perhaps using an older schedule trigger.

Update: Reverting to 1.18.2 fixes the problem.
