Project Overview:
We’re currently automating parts of our business operations using n8n, with integrations that include:
- Monday.com CRM
- Bill.com
- QuickBooks Online
- Google Sheets
- Email + SMS triggers
- Possible integrations with Firebase, voice command tools, and AI agents like Convergence or Suna
The first few automations we’d like help with include:
- Syncing historical and new customer/order data from Bill.com into Monday.com CRM
- Automating contact skip tracing from Costar/ZoomInfo to enrich CRM records
- Building task automation for a voice-powered productivity agent (EVA) using n8n, speech input, and calendar/email reminders
Ideal Skills:
- Deep experience with n8n (self-hosted or cloud)
- Strong API and webhook understanding (GET/POST, auth flows)
- Experience connecting CRMs (especially Monday.com)
- Familiar with data cleanup, batching, and mapping
- Optional but valuable: JavaScript functions inside n8n, Airtable experience, AI agent workflows
Communication:
- We work async but are responsive
- Prefer Slack, Discord, or email for updates
- You’ll be working directly with the project owner (technical background, but limited time)
