Send Message from WhatsApp Number with other integration

Hello,

Currently, I’ve a WhatsApp Number in use, using the Fresh Desk Software.

Can I use the same number account to send messages? I’m trying hard to get a Access Token that have this permission. It’s even possible?

My goal is: Send the Message by n8n and the customer reply, goes back to Fresh Desk support with my agent people.

If you can get the Whatsapp API details, you should be able to connect these services in n8n (provided you have API access with Fresh Desk, too) :+1:
