I checked and it appears CorеELEC lacks multiple requirements for large Node.js apps to run, so it won’t support n8n or similar apps unfortunately. I think it also doesn’t ship with Docker support to run n8n there 
You will need to run a different linux distribution that supports Node.js apps like Raspberry Pi OS, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.

As I said, it looks like CoreELEC doesn’t have support for the necessary tools to run n8n, sorry..
