We have a Shopify trigger that you can use to start a workflow when for example, an order is created (and many other events). We do not have a Facebook Offline node. However, I had a quick look at their API, and I think you can pull it off with the Facebook Graph API node. If that does not work, then I would go with the HTTP node.
You can make a feature request here in the community for the Facebook Offline node. The more votes, the more chances of being developed.
