Simpler way to create a Toggle Heading 1 with text inside in Notion?

Hi There,

I am trying to add a Toggle Heading 1 block with text to a Notion page. After a lot of trial and error I figured out how to do it, but it seems very convoluted as though there should be simpler way.

Is there a simpler way to accomplish what I have below? I’m doing this in the cloud.

Thanks!

Dan

It looks like your topic is missing some important information. Could you provide the following if applicable.

  • n8n version:
  • Database (default: SQLite):
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app):
  • Operating system:

@Dan_Irwin Did you figure this out? Running into this as well.

I didn’t figure out a simpler way in the end. Just moved that into a subflow so it didn’t seem so messy.

Got it. Seems to me n8n can add support for this using the is_toggleable parameter to Heading blocks, since that’s now available in the API.

Yeah, that’s what I was wondering too.

I’m new to the Notion API. Was it not always an option?

I’ve been in and out of Notion, but I don’t remember seeing that previously. Could be wrong.
