I have a question regarding this tool. I’ve seen a tutorial on YouTube about automating booking appointments using n8n, and I came up with the idea to automate my work chats.
So, the point is that we have a work community in WhatsApp and some chats for different groups of our employees. We use them for sending different types of reports, like start/end shifts, different issues on customer sites, the technical condition of trucks, etc. I need an AI bot that can analyze chats, summarize, and send the reports with specific topics to specific chats/contacts at a set time, and send a notification about the mentioned things in chats that need to be done.

So, based on my mentioned description can I use n8n tools for covering those tasks?
The main point is an interaction with AI and getting messages as a notification or quick summary email for managers.

Absolutely, your task is doable in n8n. There is already a WhatsApp node. So it shouldn’t take to long to set up and should give good results if set up correctly.
