When I attempt to add the node “Spreadsheet File” to parse a CSV from Gmail, n8n does not provide this as an option but the AI chat suggests this as the next step in order to take the data and upload it to a Google Sheet.

AI often invents things, can’t blindly trust everything it says.
What you are looking for is actually a single gmail trigger to capture the email and download the csv, then a code to extract and parse csv and then a Google Sheets node to upload it to an existing google sheet file.
