What’s up, guys. All good?

I am facing a problem and would like your help to resolve it. I have an agent that, during the conversation, requests some information from the user, such as: name, telephone number, email, etc.

I would like to store this information in variables, so that I can manipulate it throughout the flow.

Could anyone help me?
