I’ve been analyzing n8n’s growth and I think there’s a missed strategic loop. Instead of a standard CSR/NGO discount, n8n should implement an “NGO Impact Tier” designed as a Product Stress-Test Lab.
The idea: Use tax-deductible software donations to NGOs to acquire “messy” real-world data and complex edge cases. This creates a free, high-volume testing ground for our AI agents while simultaneously building a global marketing engine of social proof.
