Summarization Chain -> Final Prompt and Individual Summary descriptions are inverted

In the Summarization Chain node, if you add the Summarization Method and Prompts option, when the Map Reduce Summarization Method is selected, the display names for Final Prompt to Combine and Individual Summary Prompt parameters are inverted, as well as its hints.
