We have an AI Automation Agency (AAA) with a focus on high-ticket Voice AI and complex workflow systems. We handle 100% of the front-end: high-volume outbound sales, prospecting, and client management.
We are looking for a Technical Partner to join us at the ground floor to own the delivery architecture. You focus on the build; we keep the pipeline full.
The Split

Our side: Aggressive outbound lead gen, sales, and high-level strategy.

Your side: Full-cycle implementation, technical logic, and system architecture.
The Role

Speed: Once deals close, we guarantee 7–14 day delivery. You must have the bandwidth to execute.

Tech Stack: Expert-level n8n (self-hosted and cloud), Make, and custom API integrations.

Voice AI: Experience with Voice Agents (Vapi, Retell, etc.) is a major plus. (Although we do have a better provider than all of these now).

Handoff: Responsible for technical walkthroughs for our internal library and basic user-training videos for client teams.
The Deal

Model: % of Implementation Fee and % of Monthly Retainer.

Hey Marco,
You need a technical partner who can own delivery architecture end to end, ship within your 7 to 14 day window, and build complex n8n systems without hand-holding. That is exactly what I do, and I am looking for a long-term engagement, not a one-off contract.
My recent builds include a 31-agent business intelligence pipeline using Claude API orchestration on self-hosted n8n, with multi-source data ingestion, structured error-handling and retry logic per agent branch. I also built a real estate multi-platform lead generation workflow processing 500+ records per day across several platforms, and a Christian Ministries lead gen pipeline on Apify that delivered 92 qualified contacts from a single keyword-driven run. On Make I have built equivalent workflow systems, so I can move between platforms based on whatever the client stack requires.
On error-handling specifically: every workflow I build includes dead-letter catch branches, structured failure logging and alert routing so nothing fails silently. The screenshot of my most complex n8n workflow with full error-handling paths visible is ready to DM you, as you requested.
For Voice AI: I have built webhook-based routing systems that bridge voice intake with qualification and CRM update stages. I have not shipped a Vapi or Retell integration specifically, but I understand the handoff logic between the voice layer and the automation backend well enough to execute on whatever provider you are currently using.
Availability: fully remote, Nigeria-based, 40 hours per week available immediately. I am not managing a roster of short contracts. The rev share and ground-floor partnership model you described is exactly the engagement structure I want.
