Telegram Trigger Node Not Available on My Cloud Account

Hello team,

I’m using n8n Cloud (version 1.104.1) and trying to create a Telegram bot. However, the Telegram Trigger node does not appear when I search for it.

Could you please enable it for my cloud workspace?
