Telegram Trigger returns smaller image than sent in Compressed mode

Whey sending images to a Telegram bot, we see 4 versions of the image if it was sent in the compress mode.

Problem: the binaries have not the original, 4th, size, but “large”, 3d size. How can I get the original quality without creating a specific HTTP-request?

The “Image Size” button doesn’t help: it has the first 3 options.

Compress mode?

Just tested regular images and it only returns 3 sizes.
