Tools Calls are being rejected by the server

While speaking with the agent, the tools is not being called, I'm using n8n's webhook, and that webhook is being called in tools page if I click the test button, and I'm also able to trigger the webhook using postman, but why am I getting error when the vapi assistant is calling that webhook (please take a look at the image attached for more info)

Having the same issue as well

same problem. but my tool calls work sometimes and then stop working.
it might be something related to our hosting services ig???
