I completed the Level 2 course and passed the quiz, but I’m running into an issue with badge verification.
I received two unique IDs (one for Level 1 and one for Level 2), both under the same email address when I registered for each Level course separately.
I also submitted the quiz with the same email , but was not prompted for the unique ID when I took the quiz, but it seems like the system didn’t recognize it.
Can someone from the team help me link the correct Level 2 ID to my email so my completion is registered?
Thanks, yes, I was able to use this earlier and it tracks my level 2 status correctly up to the quiz because of the discord messages we have to send during the workflow exercises. The issue is that I took the level 2 quiz with the same email address I took the level 1 quiz, and I have 2 unique ID’s, one for level 1 and level 2. The quiz doesn’t prompt for unique ID. Is it possible that is why my level 2 quiz results didn’t link to my level 2 unique ID? My email address is linked to two unique ID’s, and in a query it may be returning my first unique ID?
