Hello there @Olusegun_Rebecca when n8n runs as a service the working directory is often set to the installation root, not your default project folder
Hey @Olusegun_Rebecca hope all is good. Welcome to the community.
Could you share more details about your setup? npm? docker? linux? windows?
The ENOENT error, which stands for โError No Entryโ or โError No Entity,โ signifies that a requested file or directory does not exist in the filesystem.
With that in mind, when you are trying to use the relative path, you need to know which location this is relative to and whether that location does have โdataโ folder for instance.
So always use a absolute paths for file operations, alternatively, use environment variables to construct reliable paths e.g { {$ENV. N8N_DATA_DIR} } /file. txt
So avoid relative paths
