How can I/is it possible to add a comment to a card with the Trello node?

Hey @trygvis,
While it is not possible to do it with the Trello node, adding a comment is a part of the Trello API. It looks like you may be able to add the comment using the HTTP Request node and directly accessing the API. Check out the Trello Docs for how to configure the request.
@trygvis just added this, will be available probably in the next release. We will keep you posted.
