Trouble Finding Confluence in the Apps' List for all Triggers

Hello,

I cannot find Confluence under the ‘Оn App Event’ trigger while creating a workflow. My ultimate goal is to connect Confluence with DeepL. I am using a trial version. Can you please share some workarounds?
What could be the reason?
