Hi everyone, I’m new to AI automation and have just started experimenting with workflows in n8n. I recently came across the idea of turning these workflows into AI micro-apps and then packaging them as a SaaS subscription using a site builder like Lovable. From what I saw, these micro-apps can even include forms that users fill out, which then feed into the workflows behind the scenes.
I first learned about this from a YouTube video, but I’m still a bit lost on how all the pieces actually connect. How do you go from an n8n workflow to a real SaaS product that people can subscribe to? In the demo I watched, the workflow pulled data on 100+ real estate agents from LinkedIn and even auto generated an outreach message to send them, which seemed really powerful.
Is this kind of project beginner friendly, or should I start with something simpler before diving into SaaS-style automation?
Please give me feedback!!!
You won’t be able to jump on the high horse form the first attempt. I recommend starting with learning the tool via the courses, then trying to automate any tasks you can think of for yourself. Learn from all the templates and from youtube.
Also, selling such tools will require purchasing a license.
Here are the courses so you can start learning:
Hope this helps!
Be honest, can you actually make money from doing this or is it a longshot that businesses would actually pay for the subscription.
There are people all over who make money through n8n. The model that most use that I’ve seen actually make money is finding a company that needs automating of som processes, and create and maintain workflows for them.
Such micro apps could also be a revenue stream, but I sadly don’t have the experience or knowledge in that front, as I’ve never been interested in doing it myself ![]()
Still, if you don’t mind, I would appreciate if you mark my previous reply as Solution, if it helped you get some insight at all ![]()
