Unable to get password

I have recently installed n8n in my local using docker desktop, I lost the password I have set is there a way to recover. I am seeing the below error when I tried to reset “Please contact your admin. n8n isn’t set up to send email right now.” is there a way I can contact admin ?

try running the command:

docker exec -u node -it n8n n8n user-management:reset
docker restart n8n
