Unable to install community package and giving error "There is already an entry with this name"

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I’ve encountered while installing community node on my n8n server.

I have created my action and trigger nodes for development and production and named each node separately, then I have publish my changes to npm.

Now, I am trying to install the package using Community Nodes under Settings then it gives me error * Error installing new package
There is already an entry with this name*. I have not installed this package before on my n8n server still it gives me same error.

I have also tried to fix this issue by clearing cache, restart n8n but still it gives me same error.

npm package : n8n_nodes_ct

It that the same server, where you have tested your custom node?
