Unable to Upgrade Plan – Payment Fails Before Payment Method Selection

Hello n8n team,

We are facing a critical payment issue that is blocking all our business processes.

At first, we were able to access the payment form and tried to pay with several cards, but the payments failed. After a few attempts, the payment form stopped appearing completely — now, when we try to upgrade our plan, we get an error immediately, without any option to enter card or payment details.

We have already tried:

  • Clearing cookies and cache
  • Using different browsers and devices
  • Connecting via VPN
  • Contacting support by email

Our cards work on other platforms without any issues. This problem seems to be specific to n8n.io.

What should we do in this situation? Is it possible that our account or IP has been temporarily blocked after several failed attempts? How can we restore access or temporarily extend our plan while the payment issue is being resolved?

We urgently need to restore access, as our workflows are business-critical.
