Unique ID for level 1

Hi,
I just signed up for the community and I’m trying to start the level 1 course and get my badge, but I haven’t receive the unique ID, I checked even the spam folder but there is nothing. can someone help me? I want to start the course and get my badge ASAP.

Hello,

After running into the same problem the only way you can go about getting the unique ID is to email the following address:

[email protected]

To bypass the automated reply just type:

human

At which point it will escalate to a human support staff .

I did already. they sent me here. I sent a second email asking to talk to a human, and they replied saying someone will be in touch, so I’m waiting. Thanks!

How long does it take for them to reply @abstraction ? Emailed them a few hours ago now

They replied faster because is AI the one who answers those email. I requested to talk to a human yesterday but I haven’t hear anything.
