Upgrade to pro plan won't work - they don't accept payment


My 14-day free trial has now expired. When I tried to upgrade to the Pro Plan, there is an error. Neither PayPal, Google Pay, nor credit card worked. I also tried to change browser and created a new account but notthing seems to work. I always get the same error as you can see in the images attached.
