Upload PDF Files to Jira Service Management

Hello,
i’m creating a workflow to upload files into Jira Service Management tickets.
I’m able to upload png, docx files without issues, however when uploading a pdf file, the file is uploaded, but the name is replaced by the id of the file. Below an example.

Some ideas?

The issue is because your binary data does not have the fileName property. You can set it with the Code node after the HTTP Request node (or ask server to provide the filename)

BTW, you can set the field Input Data Field Name to {{ $binary.data.fileName }} instead of pointing to some Code node

when i try to apply the code for adding the filename, i got anerror because the filename property doesn’t exist. What am i missing?

Ah, you don’t have the binary property data, it’s the red text from the left panel (KippZonen…).
I suppose you have renamed that property in the HTTP node
