I urgently need help with a workflow in n8n. I use Heygen for lead generation, but their video links expire after 7 days. I need to automate a process to:
Download Heygen videos from the provided links.
Re-upload those videos to YouTube.
This could involve handling up to 1,000 videos in a single day. I’m concerned about potential limits (e.g., YouTube API quotas) and, most importantly, I have no clear idea how to estimate costs for running this workflow at scale.
If anyone has done something similar or has advice on handling this with n8n, I’d really appreciate your input!
I have moved this from feature requests for you, Are you looking for an expert to make this for you or are you after help to make this yourself? If you are just after help can you share what you have so far and what issue you have ran into?
yes I need a solution for this and also (since I have that running in the google cloud) someone who can accuratly estimate the costs for this. Since its a lot of bandwith and using the Youtube API as well as the subdomain which hosts the N8N instance. It’s not that easy to calculate the costs for that let alone that its even possible to send like 500 custom videos to Youtube after one another (even though they are little in size) the videos are for mass outreach so it sounds easier than it actually is.
