URGENT: Cannot Access My Workflows After Trial, Payment Page Fails

Hello n8n team,

I am in a critical situation right now. My trial has expired, and I can no longer access my workflows. Unfortunately, I am also completely unable to upgrade my plan because the Paddle payment form does not even load - it shows “Something went wrong” before I can enter any payment details.

This is extremely urgent because I have very important workflows running on n8n that affect my financial situation and my business. Right now, I am completely locked out, unable to pay, and unable to export my workflows.

I have already tried:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)

  • Different devices (desktop, mobile)

  • VPN and mobile internet

  • Clearing cache and cookies

Nothing works - the Paddle form simply does not open.

Please, at least temporarily unlock my account so I can download my workflows. I am ready to pay as soon as payment becomes possible - but right now the payment provider is blocking me, and I cannot risk losing my work.

I have also contacted Paddle support, but I urgently need help from n8n’s side to restore access, even for a short time.

Thank you for your quick response - this is extremely time-sensitive. If you need my n8n account email to investigate, please let me know and I will share it via a private message.

Hey @Rozen-AI , when did your trial expire?
If less than 90days ago ,you should be able to access your admin dashboard and download the workflows.

Thanks! I did it. Now the next stage, I need to continue working on the project, but first I need to pay for the service, which in turn is impossible due to paddle. Do you know how to solve this problem? This is the second day I’ve been trying to give the money back, but they won’t let me do it))

Have heard back from Paddle yet? Did they mention why you can’t pay?

And if you haven’t done so already , I’d try signing up for a new cloud trial and seeing if you can upgrade that one.

unfortunately, no : (

I have written to both the N8N team and the PADDLE team, so far no response has been received from anyone
