URGENT: Cannot access workspace - Password reset emails not arriving for 3 days

Hi n8n Community,

I urgently need help accessing my workspace. I have multiple important workflows stored there and I’m completely locked out.

Workspace: ryrservicesx.app.n8n.cloud

Problem:

  • Session expired while working on workflows
  • Attempted password reset multiple times from the workspace login page
  • Password reset emails are NOT arriving (neither in inbox nor spam)
  • Checked all folders in Gmail - no emails from n8n

Actions taken:

  • Sent urgent support ticket to [email protected] on February 8th
  • Received automated AI Assistant response confirming escalation to human support
  • NO response from human support team for 3 days now (since Feb 8)
  • Requested password reset again today - still no email

Current situation:

  • Cannot access workspace at all
  • Have critical workflows and projects stored there
  • Magic link recovery emails not being delivered

Questions:

  1. Is there a known issue with password reset emails for workspace accounts?
  2. How can I recover access to my workspace when emails aren’t arriving?
  3. Is there an alternative way to access my workspace?
  4. Can someone from the n8n team help escalate this?

This is urgent as I have client work dependent on these workflows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Don’t worry we’ll figure out things together,
In this scenario try submitting the contact form as well at How to contact n8n and make sure you include your workspace (ryrservicesx.app.n8n.cloud), plus the date/subject of your previous email to [email protected], and clearly state that your password reset + magic link emails aren’t arriving.

Also, reply directly in your existing email thread, so it stays in the same ticket and label it something like “URGENT – cannot access paid workspace ryrservicesx.app.n8n.cloud”, mentioning the client impact so it gets prioritized.

In the meantime, try an alternate login route that has helped in similar n8n Cloud access issues: go to “app.n8n.cloud/magic-link” and request the magic link from there, instead of only from the workspace URL and double-check Gmail thoroughly (spam, promotions, updates, and search for “n8n”) in case the emails are being filtered.
