Hi n8n Community,
I urgently need help accessing my workspace. I have multiple important workflows stored there and I’m completely locked out.
Workspace: ryrservicesx.app.n8n.cloud
Problem:
- Session expired while working on workflows
- Attempted password reset multiple times from the workspace login page
- Password reset emails are NOT arriving (neither in inbox nor spam)
- Checked all folders in Gmail - no emails from n8n
Actions taken:
- Sent urgent support ticket to [email protected] on February 8th
- Received automated AI Assistant response confirming escalation to human support
- NO response from human support team for 3 days now (since Feb 8)
- Requested password reset again today - still no email
Current situation:
- Cannot access workspace at all
- Have critical workflows and projects stored there
- Magic link recovery emails not being delivered
Questions:
- Is there a known issue with password reset emails for workspace accounts?
- How can I recover access to my workspace when emails aren’t arriving?
- Is there an alternative way to access my workspace?
- Can someone from the n8n team help escalate this?
This is urgent as I have client work dependent on these workflows. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
