Urgent: Can't Sign In to My n8n Cloud Account – No Error Message

Hello,

I’m unable to log in to my n8n Cloud account. When I click the login button, nothing happens — no error message, no redirect, and I haven’t received the magic link email.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

  • Cleared cache and cookies
  • Used incognito mode
  • Tried other browsers
  • Tried from a different device and internet connection
  • Waited and checked spam for the magic link

None of these worked.

Could you please help me access my account?

  • **Workspace name i dont know i did not had the time to explore n8n
  • Browser & OS: Chrome on Windows 11
  • Approximate time of issue: today and Saturday

  • Database: Default (likely PostgreSQL, managed by n8n Cloud)

Are you still having this issue? Currently having it as well tried reseting passwords and I’m not even getting a “change password” email.

Having the same issue. Did anyone solve it?

This is a recurring thing, i’m managing multiple client’s instances, and with one in specific, i’m unable to login. This has been the case a few months ago too, it went away by itself, but it’s back now. I also tried to log in through a different device, and the whole she-bang from cache and cookies. upvoting this so it get’s higher up the rank.
