Urgent Help – Accidentally Deleted Workflow on n8n Cloud

Hi n8n team,

I accidentally deleted a workflow on n8n Cloud and I’m hoping it can be recovered. I didn’t export a backup, but I do have the workflow ID and some context:

  • Workflow ID: Z2VTfT0CLk1kssYu
  • Deleted on: June 23, 2025 around 12:00 AM EST
  • n8n Version: Latest on n8n Cloud
  • Execution History: I believe the workflow had some recent executions (before deletion), Doesnt have execution logs, as they were delted too

The workflow was critical to a project I’m working on it handled Gmail message parsing, PDF generation, and integration with a RAG-syste. If there’s any chance it can be restored from a backup, I would really appreciate it.

    Contact n8n Cloud Support directly through your dashboard:
  • Go to Settings → Support in your n8n Cloud interface
  • Submit a ticket with:
    • Workflow ID: Z2VTfT0CLk1kssYu
    • Deletion timestamp: June 23, 2025 ~12:00 AM EST
    • Workflow purpose: "Gmail parsing → PDF generation → RAG-system integration"n8n Cloud maintains automated backups and can often restore deleted workflows within 30 days.
