URGENT - INSTANCE BROKEN - Workspace unresponsive - Sqlite_ioerr

Describe the problem/error/question
we were unable to save any workflows and was unable to stop any executions as well. It kept on throwing this error SQLITE_IOERR: disk I/O error and in the n8n community I saw restarting the instance helped, but it’s not working out. It’s restating forever, unresponsive for the past 3 hours.

Kindly help to fix it asap.

  • Database (default: SQLite): cloud hosted
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): n8n cloud
  • Operating system:

raised ticket and mailed support as well.

I would contact support if restarting the instance didnt fix anything through the admin panel.
