Hello n8n Support Team,
I am facing a critical issue with my workspace. It seems to be in a broken or “stuck” state.
The Problem:
- My workspace URL is: https://rkgmoon.app.n8n.cloud
- I can log in successfully and see my dashboard and settings pages. My trial is active.
- However, any attempt to access a public URL for this workspace fails with a “No workspace here (404)” error page. For example, the OAuth callback URL https://rkgmoon.app.n8n.cloud/rest/oauth2-credential/callback shows the workspace is offline.
Consequence:
This makes it impossible for me to connect to any external service like the Twitter API, because the OAuth callback always fails.
Could you please investigate my workspace rkgmoon.app.n8n.cloud and fix its public routing? It seems to be broken and not properly online to the public internet.
