User is locked. Reason: Exhausted balance. Top up your balance at fal.ai/dashboard/billing

I subscribed today. When I run the workflow, it fails with this message:

User is locked. Reason: Exhausted balance. Top up your balance at fal.ai/dashboard/billing

When I go to the billing page, I don’t see any “balance”. Why do I need a balance when I have an active subscription? See screenshots.

Hi,

You are talking about an external service and billing for that. Shouldnt you be asking the support of that external service?
