Using my self-hosted n8n workflow for a SaaS

Good morning, my name is Carlos and I developed a self-hosted n8n flow on the company server to serve as the back end for the company’s SaaS. I need to know if I can market this SaaS using this self-hosted n8n flow, provided it’s within the n8n licenses.

  1. My first project serves as a backend that will be used in a chat within my SaaS. This flow uses a webhook trigger to connect to my front end, and the rest of the flow involves message processing, along with an AI agent to provide a response to the user.

  2. My second project also serves as a back end, also using a webhook trigger to connect to a GPT action. The entire flow uses an external API from another service I own to retrieve valuable information from that other service, but in a more refined and processed way.

My question is: Can I use these two projects in my self-hosted n8n application on my server within my system that will be marketed and sold to clients?

If necessary, I can send images of my workflow to make everything clear.

You cannot use self-hosted n8n as part of a product or service marketed and sold to clients if the value is derived from n8n, unless YOU HAVE a commercial agreement with n8n (n8n Embed).
