Wait node 'restarting' workflow

Im using the wait node in a workflow where I am waiting for a user to use the {{ $execution.resumeUrl }}?answer=go link to continue the workflow however instead of continuing the workflow anytime the link it clicked the workflow starts from the beginning.

No error message just a forever loop

No output, as mentioned above, the workflow will continuously loop

Information on n8n setup

  • n8n version: 1.76.1
  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite?
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own, main?
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): elestio
  • Operating system: MacOS

Have you tried using the “sendAndWait” Telegram node?

By the way, I recommend updating your n8n version to at least 1.80.5

Some important bugs were fixed and the new “Human In The Loop” features got better.
