Basically it’s a simulation of a business on monthly cycles from the point of view of the Board of Directors, the CEO and the Management Team.
Every month the board of directors provides the CEO with instructions, some world event happens and the CEO needs to engage his/her management team - a bunch of individuals with personalities, inter dynamics and roles. After discussions the CEO decides what to do, and the management team executes some plans. The result is simualted and the CEO reflects back upon the results before the next cycle.
I’m not exactly sure how this will be used, but I am experimenting with how an organisation run by AI agents will function if it were real.
