Want to create workflow to automate deal analysis for real estate deals

Hey folks - I need help creating a workflow. the use case is for analyzing real estate deals.

For v1, my current manual process is this:
-deal hits my inbox
-I download the data manually and will get an excel or PDf file of the trailing 12 financial statements, the OM (marketing package), rent roll.
-i copy & paste the different key values into my spreadsheet
-I have a spreadsheet (depending on the deal) that can analyze certain KPI’s (IRR/cap rate) - all investment metrics
-this is an initial sniff test to see if I shoudl consider getting more in depth.

How I envision this within N8N:
-I upload the docs from Google Drive or into a form submission using n8n
-it extracts all the key data points from rent roll, t-12, OM (marketing material) using AI
-Auto classifies which type of property it is and goes to the right spreadsheet (with option to edit which template later on)
-It pipes that data into mapped fields in my spreadsheet
-It will give me an “AI analysis” of if it’s a “home run”/“on base”/“bad deal”
