We are an international carrier. What kind of API triggers would be usefull for the community?

we are looking for your requirements on what API calls would benefit your workflows?
We want to supply easy to use HTTP Requests for different kind of jobs and we are interessted in your needs.

how about :

  1. Sending an SMS with an easy HTTP Request?
  2. Trigger a phonecall between 2 participants
  3. Send a Letter by just sending an Email ?
  4. Having an public phonenumber (Worldwide : eg. Frankfurt, New York, London)
    for inbound calls to an Agent ?
  5. Having an outbund Phoneline to place calls ?

Any request / ideas are highly welcome and will be covered from us very shortly.

In this space, questions are asked to solve problems on workflows under construction. Are you asking the community a question as market research for your interests? I think so.

sorry, i tought it would be a good idea to ask the community what kind of Features could help them best to manage workflows.
