To solve this, I’m building an Internal RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system. It allows junior team members to instantly ask an AI agent whatever questions they have, pulling answers directly from your company data. This frees up administrative and senior-level staff to focus on high-priority work instead of answering the same routine questions.
