We lost Access to our Workspace!

Hi we recently lost access to our workspace on n8n cloud. Our workspace was at
https://gfx.app.n8n.cloud/. When trying to access it I see the " No Workspace here Open Admin Panel" error message. When trying to get a magic link on https://app.n8n.cloud/magic-link the magic link never gets delivered. Could anyone help ?

Is this a trial account?
According to the docs:

When you create a new n8n cloud trial, you have 14 days to try all the features of the Pro plan

If you don’t upgrade by the end of your trial, the trial will automatically expire and your workspace will be deleted.

So I guess it was deleted,
If so, just sign up again.

No, it’s a paid account, i think we might have a billing related problem.

It was solved. There was an issue where the email of the account was flagged, that was why magic links where not getting delivered, once in touch with support the problem was fixed, magic link arrived, subscription updated, and workspace recovered!
