I have using the webhook to link the elevenlabs, but when I start the conversation and after get the user response, it cannot record into the google sheet? how can I solve it?
If it get the response. It should have an execution ?
Maybe share the screenshot of that execution and we can see if the data pass the IF node and reach the Sheet node.
After the Agent said recording the stock-in, it will stuck at there. so the webhook will dont have the output
Please provide the following information:
- The body received by the Webhook
- The condition formula for the If node
- The settings for the Append Sheet Node

Please show an image with your workflow, I am confused on how you setup that ai agent, and how you expect that it will call a webhook.

I believe you have configured the webhook node URL in elevenlabs. How did you set it up?
I suspect the webhook node isn’t stopping, it’s just not receiving any requests.
