On make.com I am sending a binary file with the HTTP module to a Webhook module in my n8n workflow. I set the Binary Data option to true in n8n. When the webhook is hit i get ‘ERROR: EPERM: operation not permitted, open ‘[directory]’’. May I get some assistance.

Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the exact error you have reported. Can you confirm how exactly you have deployed n8n (especially which version of n8n you are running and which value you have configured for N8N_DEFAULT_BINARY_DATA_MODE if any)? Also, can you share the exact request you are sending using the cURL format since I do not have access to make?
