What should I do if my workspace for my new account is stuck in "currently in progress"?

I signed up for a new account 24 hours ago. My new workspace is stuck in “Currently in progress” status and I’ve been unable to use it.

I’ve been checking the Admin panel. It says it’s Running version [email protected]
The Restart Workspace buttun in un-clickable. I’ve uploaded an image for reference

Please provide guidance. Thank you

I’m having the same problem. I just started a paid account but can’t access my workspace. Did you ever find a resolution to this problem?

Hi – I was able to get a resolution. I submitted a ticket with the n8n support team. It took them a couple days to get back to me (I’m assuming they’re swamped given the growth of the platform), but they eventually responded. Once they replied, they resolved it pretty quickly. My account is now active and working fine
