WhatsApp Bot Responses Not Appearing in Meta Business Suite Inbox


**Describe the problem/error/question**

I've set up a WhatsApp bot using n8n with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. The bot is working and responding to messages, but I'm facing an issue with message visibility in Meta Business Suite.

**Current behavior:**
- ✅ Customer messages appear in Meta Business Suite inbox
- ✅ Bot responds successfully (customers receive responses in their personal WhatsApp)
- ❌ Bot responses do NOT appear in Meta Business Suite inbox conversation history

**What I've checked:**
- Phone number is properly verified in Meta Business Manager
- Number is NOT listed as a test number
- Webhook is correctly configured in Facebook Developer Console
- Webhook URL and verify token match my n8n setup
- I'm checking Meta Business Suite inbox (not the WhatsApp Business mobile app)

**Question:** Is there a specific configuration needed in n8n or the WhatsApp Business Cloud API to ensure bot responses are logged in the Meta Business Suite conversation history? The responses are being delivered to customers but not showing in my business inbox.

**What is the error message (if any)?**

No error messages - bot executes successfully and customers receive responses.

Messages sent via the WhatsApp Business Cloud API (like from n8n) do not show in Meta Business Suite Inbox Meta designed it that way.
You cannot enable this visibility from Meta’s settings.
