WhatsApp Business Account Restricted Despite Sending Only One Message

helllo everyone,

I’m running into a frustrating issue with WhatsApp Business. My account got restricted with the message that my activity violated WhatsApp’s Business Terms of Service. The weird part is that I literally sent only one message and it didn’t even get delivered. No bulk messaging, no spam, no prohibited content, nothing.

I suspect it’s some kind of false positive or an automatic system flagging innocent accounts. Has anyone else experienced this? It seems like WhatsApp’s filters might be overly sensitive, especially for newer or less active accounts.

I’ve tried submitting an appeal explaining the situation clearly but haven’t heard back yet. Also, I was using automation with a five second wait between messages via n8n and I wonder if that could have triggered the restriction.

Would love to hear if others have faced this and any advice on getting your account reinstated or alternatives

Thanks so much, I just figured out what I did wrong. I guess I will have to use a new number and avoid the mistakes I made in the previous account.
