WhatsApp Business + Webhooks n8n crashing

My n8n instances freeze and stop when I use the WhatsApp Business Webhook, the webhook runs multiple times when I start the workflow.

Am I doing something wrong?

  • Database (default: SQLite): SQLite
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main): own
  • Running n8n via (Docker, npm, n8n cloud, desktop app): Docker

Hi @micleal, I am sorry you’re having trouble.

When your n8n instances freezes, is that your browser or the n8n instance itself? Are you processing large amounts of data or are performing any specific operation when seeing this crash?
