Since you already offer a Business plan for self-hosted, why not extend it to the cloud version? Many teams prefer cloud but are stuck between Pro limitations and Enterprise pricing.
The price gap between Pro and Enterprise is enormous, and some limitations are really strange - only 3 projects?! That seems like a joke for any serious development team.
