Why are my posts being greyed out?

I have posted a list of alternative payment providers in the Feedback category. But now they go from bold to greyed out. Whats up with that?

Posts tend to go grey once they have been viewed. I assume this is the post you are referring to: New Payment Providers

Paddle does support other payment options as well but we have not implemented them. Personally I would still love to see PayPal support which can be done through Paddle.

Yes, so you guys are paying over 4% fees when you could be paying 1%.

When you say the posts get greyed out you mean the ones you post get greyed out? Because I don’t see any of the other posts being greyed out after they are viewed.

I believe it is once viewed they change unless it is deleted.

Paddle do a lot more than just process payments as well they are a merchant of record which is important for us. While I can’t comment on the 4% fee it does look like Paddle also offer custom pricing so I suspect the fee drops based on revenue.
